While the term “organic” is widely used in the skincare industry, we take a careful and honest approach. Our products are made using high-quality, naturally derived ingredients, and we prioritise sourcing from trusted UK suppliers.

Many of our carrier oils and essential oils are certified organic by the Soil Association, meaning they are produced in line with strict standards, without synthetic pesticides or harmful chemicals.

However, because our formulations are handcrafted blends, and not every ingredient (such as water, clays, or naturally occurring minerals) can be certified organic, we do not claim that our finished products are fully certified organic.

Instead, we focus on what truly matters:

• Using certified organic ingredients wherever possible
• Creating gentle, skin-loving formulations for the whole family
• Providing full ingredient transparency so you always know what you're using

For us, it's about more than a label; it's about creating products with care, intention, and trust.

The majority of our products are 100% vegan. The only exception is our Habbah Touch (Nigella & Rice Milk) soap collection, which contains honey. These products are clearly marked on our website.

Yes! We specifically formulate products for sensitive skin. Our unscented variants are particularly gentle and suitable from birth. We always recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

In line with UK cosmetic standards, we use the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol:

• Facial & Beard Oils: 12 months
• Carrier Oils: 12 months
• Handmade Soaps: 12 months
• Dry Clay Masks: 24 months

As our products are organic and free from heavy synthetic stabilisers, we recommend using them within these timeframes for maximum botanical potency.

At Noor Haus®, every ingredient is chosen with care, intention, and respect for your skin.

We use a blend of naturally derived, high-quality ingredients known for their gentle and nourishing properties. Our formulations are centred around:

• Plant-based oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and black seed oil
• Botanical extracts and clays to support and cleanse the skin
• Carefully selected essential oils for a subtle, natural scent

Our carrier oils and essential oils are sourced from UK suppliers certified by the Soil Association, ensuring they meet strict organic standards.

We are mindful of what we leave out as much as what we include. Our products are free from:

• Harsh synthetic additives
• Artificial fragrances and colourants
• Unnecessary fillers

Every product is thoughtfully formulated to be gentle, effective, and suitable for the whole family, including those with sensitive or delicate skin.

Some of our products contain nut-derived oils such as Sweet Almond Oil, Argan Oil, and Shea Butter. If you have a nut allergy, please check the full ingredient list on each product page or contact us for guidance.

Our Habbah Touch Unscented soap is suitable from birth. Our Lavender and Chamomile variants are suitable for babies from 3 months. Always consult with a healthcare provider if you have concerns.

Yes! We offer a curated selection of customised sustainable bath and ritual accessories:

That is the beauty of handmade! Because we use natural clays, botanicals, and hand-cutting methods, slight variations in colour, texture, and shape are normal and do not affect the quality of the soap.

This is called soda ash, a natural occurrence that happens when air reacts with the soap during the curing process.

Many commercial makers use rubbing alcohol to prevent this. At Noor Haus, we choose not to use any rubbing alcohol or extra additives; we keep our products truly free of unnecessary extras.

It is purely aesthetic and does not change the safety or skin-loving benefits of the soap. After your very first use, the soda ash will wash away completely.

Since our masks are "dry," they have a much longer shelf life and contain no preservatives. To use:

1. Mix a small teaspoon of the powder with water, floral water, or a drop of our carrier oil in our Wooden Bamboo Bowl until it forms a paste
2. Apply to your face, but do not let the mask dry completely
3. Rinse off while it still feels slightly damp (usually after 5–10 minutes)

We ship all orders via Royal Mail, providing reliable delivery across the UK and to our international customers in the EU.

UK Delivery Rates (from 7 April 2026):

Free UK shipping on orders over £65.

International (EU): Starts from £8.50 for Standard or £10.20 for Tracked & Signed. Final cost calculated at checkout based on order weight.

UK Orders: Typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days via 2nd Class, or 1–2 days via 1st Class.

EU Orders: Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on orders over £65. For orders under this amount, shipping is calculated based on weight at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@noorhaus.co.uk as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

How It Works
Once purchased, your digital gift card is delivered instantly by email. You can send it directly to the recipient, or send it to yourself to forward or print later. Each gift card includes a unique code that can be used at checkout on our website.

Available Values: £10 · £25 · £50 · £100

Personal Messages: You can include a personal message at the time of purchase, adding a meaningful and heartfelt touch to your gift.

How to Redeem: Enter the unique gift card code at checkout. The balance will be applied to your order total. If the order is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use.

Expiry: All Noor Haus® digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, in line with UK guidelines.

Please Note: Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed on the Noor Haus® website. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

At Noor Haus, every product is handmade in small batches with certified organic ingredients, crafted with care for you and your family. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns. Once a product has left our controlled environment, it cannot be resold.

Please note: Our facial oils and clay masks do not have a seal, so we cannot accept these products for return under any circumstances.

We encourage you to explore our detailed product information before purchasing, so you can confidently choose the right products for your skin. Our team is always here to help with guidance, tips, and advice to make your Noor Haus experience joyful and intentional.

While we wrap our glass bottles securely, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your product is damaged on arrival:

1. Take clear photos and videos of the damaged item and the packaging
2. Email these to info@noorhaus.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
3. Once verified, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit

If you are using store credit to reorder a replacement for a damaged item, Noor Haus will cover the standard shipping cost. However, if you add additional items to your reorder, standard shipping rates may apply if the combined weight exceeds the original weight bracket.
