Refund policy

At Noor Haus®, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of handmade organic skincare products and for hygiene and health protection reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Sealed / Unopened Products

If you receive a product that is sealed and you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noorhaus.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility before you send anything back.

Hygiene Exemption

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery are exempt from the right to return. This applies to all Noor Haus® skincare products once opened, including facial oils, carrier oils, clay soaps, and beard oils.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@noorhaus.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we have sent you the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve this promptly at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
