When we combine oils with Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) and Water, a chemical reaction called saponification completely transforms them. The lye is fully consumed, with zero remaining in the final bar, creating:

A natural antioxidant that prevents oils from going rancid and actively protects the skin from environmental damage.

Sodium Hydroxide (Lye)

Originates from salt water. Essential for the chemistry of soap making, completely consumed during saponification, leaving zero trace in the final product.

Glycerin

A natural humectant born from saponification. Unlike commercial soaps that extract and sell glycerin separately, ours remains in every bar.
