How It Works

Once purchased, your Noor Haus digital gift card is delivered instantly by email. You can:

• Send it directly to the recipient

• Or send it to yourself to forward or print later

Each gift card includes a unique code that can be used at checkout on our website.

Personal Messages

You can include a personal message at the time of purchase, adding a meaningful and heartfelt touch to your gift.

How to Redeem

• Enter the unique gift card code as a discount code at checkout

• The balance will be applied to the order total

• If the order exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid using another payment method

• If the order is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use

Expiry

All Noor Haus digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, in line with UK guidelines.

Refunds & Returns

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• If an order purchased using a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card balance

Delivery Information

• Delivered electronically, no physical item will be posted

• Please ensure the recipient's email address is entered correctly

• If you do not receive your gift card, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance

Returns: We want you to love every moment with your Noor Haus products. Due to the handmade, organic nature of our skincare and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. As our facial oils and clay masks do not have a seal, we’re unable to accept these items under any circumstances, but we hope you enjoy every drop of care they bring!
